The proposals bring together a substantial new principal residence and the retained fabric of an established rural steading. Rather than treating the historic outbuildings as separate remnants, the design uses them to define a courtyard composition linked directly into the new family accommodation.
The resulting estate is planned for multi-generational living, with generous guest and family suites, formal and informal living areas, private leisure and entertainment spaces, service accommodation and a separate garage building. The architectural language balances rural forms with a clearly contemporary family home.
