Dhalmia is developing and delivering the transformation of an existing hotel restaurant in Hamilton, creating a more considered sequence from arrival through the bar, main dining space and conservatory. The design works with the existing architectural framework while introducing a stronger hospitality identity through bespoke joinery, feature walls, lighting and layered material finishes.
The scheme is conceived as a family of connected hospitality moments rather than a single decorative treatment. Walnut slatted joinery, brass accents, stone-effect feature surfaces, patterned carpet, atmospheric lighting and planting recur across the project, allowing individual areas to feel distinct while remaining part of one coherent interior.
