Every surface, fixture and finish was considered — restoring the hotel's architectural heritage while elevating the dining experience to a contemporary standard.

Bar joinery restored with precision; ambient lighting against a preserved ceiling; handcrafted timber shelving, panelling and statement pendants over banquette seating — the period room carried into a new life without losing its character.

From structural survey through to final snagging, Dhalmia managed the full renovation programme — coordinating trades, heritage compliance and hospitality-grade fit-out to a strict opening deadline.

Non-heritage elements were removed with care, the structure reinforced and services first-fixed alongside the restoration programme, before bespoke joinery, bar construction, lighting and decoration brought the rooms back into service — snagged, walked through and handed over on programme.
