Project Overview

Replacement Dwelling

Full replacement dwelling: demolition of the original structure and construction of a new, contemporary home within the original footprint.

The brief was to create generous social space, multiple family rooms, a cinema, and seven bedrooms with en-suite provision, while improving thermal performance and comfort throughout.

The outcome is a refined plan connecting daily life to garden decks, with discreet performance upgrades and clean detailing — anthracite aluminium openings, minimal balustrades, and standing-seam cladding.
